OCX/ActiveX controls (for Visual Studio 5.0 and 6.0 applications).

payment method - Fax a valid VISA, MasterCard, or American Express number to
Newcastle Scientific. Our fax number is 425-228-0104. Please include card
number, expiration date, full name as it appears on the card, your email
address, fax number, and phone number. Your credit card will be charged $79.95.
Upon verification of
payment, you will receive an email message (or fax) that includes our ftp
address and password. This allows you to download the MathLibX controls
for immediate use.
